Hunter & Brandi's lush Spring wedding, May 2018. College Sweethearts, these two were some of the kindest people I had ever met. I enjoyed every moment of planning their special day - on one of the most gorgeous Spring days in Charlottesville, Virginia
Inspired by the importance of the bride and groom’s heritage, and the stunning similarities between the Champagne region of France, and California’s Central Coast wine region, where the elopement took place.
A special accent piece on the Invitation Suite was a hand drawn map, showcasing both families journeys from France to California. The entire suite was hand crafted on delicate artisan paper, complete with actual stamps from The Palace of Versailles.
The reception tablescape, was inspired by the elegant yellows of the exteriors and stunning gardens as seen throughout France. The lace pattern and muted tones of the tablescape were chosen to evoke the elegance, tradition, and refinement of French culture.
The bride wore a simple, chic gown of soft silk by a chic and modern established California designer.
Brianna & Bruce's wedding was Inspired by the bride's childhood trips to Madonna inn - a restaurant & hotel in San Luis Obispo which is famous for its opulent pink interiors. The wedding venue was the Historic Santa Margarita Ranch, a ancient barn built during the California Mission which interiors are still intact today. The decor was lavish accents of rich pink and gold, complete with dangling pink, gold and cream ribbons from dazzling chandeliers overhead. Tight arrangements of petite & colorful roses, vintage gold silverware, and crystal glassware, graced each table.

To magnify the very romanic feel of this incredible venue, we choose to make every part of the day express elegance. From the perfectly pure white roses, peonies, and greenery to the accents of gold - everything was chosen to glow in this special vineyard setting. To make the reception literally “glow” I chose a shade of ecru called Dupionique Wafer, mercury glass gold candles and charger plates, and fluted glassware with an elegant gold rims for each setting. The new Mr. and Mrs sat at a sweetheart table made complete by two upholstered chairs. Bridesmaids wore matching ecru gowns, while groomsmen wore classic black and white suits. Special touches to the day included two signature Mr & Mrs cocktails; a Moscow Mule (in the traditional copper mugs) and the classic Old Fashion. For dessert homemade cookie bars, mini cheesecake’s, and cupcakes were displayed on Hammersky’s own rustic farm table. For an after dinner drink, guests enjoyed fine port from an elegantly displayed port bar.
Words are hard to describe the pure beauty of this wedding. Lush garden flowers, script gold writing, and icy pale blue accents went into making this wedding look & feel like a real dream. Hammersky Vineyards White Barn backdrop added a crisp clean feel. Our beautiful bride wore a stunning gown from Panache Bridal, Beverly Hills - her dashing groom wore J.Crew. Guests arrived from all over California to share in the joy of the day. The Dinner Menu for the day was fresh California style, provided by Gusto On the Go Bistro. Signature Cocktails added a special touch, the bride’s Cocktail was a “Rose French 75” made with Hammersky Vineyards Rose Wine. The Groom’s cocktail was the traditional and classy “Old Fashioned”.
On a dreamy day in August, Ashley and Cameron were married. Ashley was the most excited I have ever seen a bride, she could not wait to walk down that isle and be with her Cameron. Everyone was bursting with excitement as the couple joined hands and danced their way into the reception, with the stunning white Hammersky Barn glowing behind them. Our bride was obsessed with succulents and rustic wood accents, so these were an important part of the aesthetic design. Not wanting to distract from the picturesque vineyard setting, simple and wild florals were placed around rustic farm tables. Escort cards were made of tiny potted succulents, with the guests names peeking out of each hand crafted pot. It was a truly beautiful day. Congratulations Ashley and Cameron!
What a joy it was to plan this wedding! Jackie & Adam’s easy going and fun personalities resonated with their guests, making for a smooth and enjoyable wedding day. Jackie gave Haute Blossoms free range to design lush fall florals to match the beauty of Hammersky Vineyards during the month of October, the arrangements turned out to be stunningly fresh and vibrant even for fall colors. With it being October, the autumn light shown through the trees just perfectly, adding a glow and a touch of magic to the air. The Groom, Adam, hand carved each wood centerpiece and massive ceremony arbor for his bride, a sweet personal touch. Each guest received a homemade dessert neatly wrapped in a rustic box, the dessert was a age-old family recipe for everyone to enjoy. For dinner guests enjoyed a fine dining experience and classic american cuisine from a local restaurant. The night finished with guests dancing the night away in the petite white-washed Hammersky barn, glowing twinkle lights hanging a...
